You know you need to do something about AI

You just don't have time to figure out what.

There is another tool every week, another warning about what not to do, and another expert telling you what you must be doing.

Meanwhile, you have an actual business to run.

The AI Capacity Sprint™ is for business owners and leaders who want to stop circling AI and start using it on real work — safely, practically and without turning it into another enormous project.

Over four weeks, we work together to build three useful AI-enabled workflows around work your business is already doing.

Founding cohort: AU$2,500 + GST · Six businesses maximum

What We'll Work on

01 — Founder Delegation

Turn a voice note, thought or request into a clear team brief — with the context, ownership, decision boundaries and definition of “done” built in So delegating something doesn't simply create another job for you to check later.

02 — Client Opportunity

Turn an enquiry or client conversation into the right questions, scope, proposal and follow-up.

Not a generic AI-written proposal. A repeatable workflow that uses your business's judgement and standards.

03 — One Recurring Job You Choose

Choose one recurring piece of work that keeps consuming founder or senior-team time. We'll redesign it together, work out what AI should and shouldn't do, test it on real work and build a way for someone else in the business to own it

This is not another AI course.

You will learn a lot about AI. But you'll learn it while getting real work done.

We start with the work, not the technology.

That means we'll work out:

- what the job actually requires
- what context and judgement currently live with you
- what AI can sensibly do
- where a human still needs to check or decide
- who owns the workflow afterwards

Then we build it, test it and make it usable.

No coding. No shiny-tool tour. No four weeks of homework.

Built for Busy People

You don't need to disappear into an AI implementation project.

The Sprint is designed around focused working sessions with you and one senior person from the business, with short implementation support between sessions.

You bring the real work.

I bring the structure, challenge, AI capability and a fairly low tolerance for making things more complicated than they need to be.

By the End of the Sprint

The aim is not to leave you with three clever demos.

It is to leave you with:

Three useful workflows working on real business work.

Clear ownership inside the business.

Practical guardrails around what AI can and cannot do.

A senior team member who understands what you've built and can help keep it moving.

More confidence about where AI is genuinely useful — and where it isn't.

Most importantly, you'll have learnt how to build AI capacity by actually building it.

The Founding Cohort

Four weeks. Six firms maximum. Two people per firm.

Core working sessions: 8, 15, 22 and 29 September 2026

Who attends: The founder plus one senior team member

Format: Four 90-minute working sessions plus two 60-minute implementation clinics

Time commitment: Approximately 2½–3 hours per participant each week

Founding investment: AU$2,500 per firm, paid in full

This is the founding cohort. The investment will increase for future cohorts.

Is This a Fit for Your Business?

Answer the questions below. They should take about 3–5 minutes.

I read every application myself.

If I think the Sprint is a good fit, I'll invite you to a short Capacity Fit Call so we can look at the three workflows you could work on and make sure the programme makes sense for you.

If I don't think it's the right intervention, I'll tell you.

No commitment. The purpose is simply to see whether you have three suitable jobs and whether the Sprint is the right intervention.
