Vendor Terms & Conditions
Vendor Responsibility:
Vendors are fully responsible for their products, services, displays, equipment, and conduct during the market.
Compliance Requirements:
Vendors must ensure all products and services meet applicable health, safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements. This includes any necessary permits, food handling certifications, licenses, and insurance.
Liability Disclaimer:
The Thorsby and District Lions Club and Campground are not responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to vendor property
Injury to vendors or customers within vendor spaces
Any product liability related to vendor goods or services
Weather-related damage
Assumption of Risk:
Vendors participate entirely at their own risk.
Set-Up Times:
May: Set-up begins no earlier than 12:00 PM (no exceptions)
June through September: Set-up begins no earlier than 2:30 PM (no exceptions)
Tear-Down:
Vendors must vacate their space no later than one (1) hour after market end.
Clean-Up:
Vendors are responsible for all garbage in and around their space and must dispose of it in the designated bins.
Media Release:
Vendors grant permission to the Thorsby and District Lions Club and Campground to use photos of their booth, products, and/or themselves for promotional purposes.
Weather & Attendance Policy:
The market operates rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.
Market Cancellation:
The Thorsby and District Lions Club and Campground reserve the right to cancel any market due to severe weather or circumstances beyond their control.
Agreement & Waiver:
By selecting the agreement checkbox, vendors acknowledge and accept all terms outlined above and release the Thorsby and District Lions Club and Campground from liability, assuming full responsibility for their participation.
