This isn't an audition. We just want a sense of who you are, how you move, and whether this week is the right fit — for you, and for the room we're building. It should take about ten minutes and we will reach out within three days of your submission to discuss further.

This retreat is held as a women's container — open to women, AFAB non-binary folks, and trans women. We ask so we can hold the week honestly for everyone who joins us.

What does your dance life look like these days?

Send us one to three minutes of you moving. This is NOT a technique test — there's nothing to prepare or "get right." Improvise, do a phrase you love, dance in your living room. We just want to see you move so we can check the level and spirit of the week are a fit.
