I understand that free and metered street parking is available nearby and that guests should not park in surrounding private or business parking lots.

I understand that all food vendors, caterers, chefs, and food service arrangements must be approved by the venue in advance.

I understand that outside liquor is not permitted.

I understand that all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Mama Koko's.

I understand that glitter, confetti, smoke effects, flower petals, and loose decorative materials are not permitted.

I understand that furniture may only be moved with prior approval.

I understand that nothing may be nailed, stapled, taped, hung, or otherwise affixed to greenhouse structures, walls, doors, windows, or plants.

I understand that the greenhouse is a living environment and agree to treat the space and plant life with care.
