Job application (Social Enterprise Programme Consultant)

Thank you for your interest in joining W4 as a Social Enterprise Programme Consultant (Terms of Reference).

This application should take approximately 15–30 minutes to complete. There is no need to submit a CV or cover letter. We simply want to get to know your experience, skills, motivation, and approach to supporting our socia entrepreneurs.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis between 15 and 30 October 2026. We may appoint a suitable candidate before the final closing date.

We hope you enjoy the application process, and we look forward to learning more about you!

Let’s start with a few basics.

Are you currently based in Nairobi?

Assuming an offer is made in early November, when would you be able to start?

We’re looking for someone to join from mid-November, with some flexibility for a start in December.

If you selected “More than 2 weeks”, please tell us your earliest possible start date.

What best describes where you are professionally at the moment?

Working arrangement

Are you able to commit 25 hours per week to this assignment for the duration of the consultancy?

Only if you selected “Yes, with some flexibility”, please tell us about any other commitments that may affect your availability.

Are you available during core business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) when needed?

We value flexibility and will agree the weekly schedule together based on programme needs and mutual availability.

Are you able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Nairobi, including at least one day per week in person?

Are you legally able to provide consultancy services in Kenya for the duration of this assignment?

This is an independent freelance/consultancy assignment with W4 France or W4 USA, not an employment contract.
