CAER FireAid Residential Bioremediation Program

The purpose of this survey is to identify eligible households for CAER's grant funded bioremediation services available to residents impacted by the fire.

Information collected through this form will be used solely to determine program eligibility and to coordinate services. Individual responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team. Aggregated information may be used for grant reporting purposes (for example, reporting that “25 households received no-cost remediation services”), but no identifying information will be disclosed.

If available, please have your soil test results ready when completing this form.

Applications must be submitted by April 10 to be entered into the selection lottery.  We will be reviewing applications to evaluate how our program can help where it is most effective.

When applications have closed on April 10, Fifty residences will be selected based on information provided, and a lottery process if needed. Selection status will be communicated during mid-April. Remediation work is expected to begin

in April, and take approximately one year.

If you need more information about bioremediation or this program, please watch our info session hosted at CORE.
