The Street Fair Committee reserves the right to deny any application that does not conform to our guidelines.

THERE IS NO RAIN DATE: EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO HAVE THE FAIR. IF THE WEATHER CAUSES THE FAIR TO BE CANCELED, THERE WILL BE NO RAIN DATE OR REFUNDS.

The Rotary/Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair is a joint project of the Rotary Club of the Caldwells and The Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Essex. If the performance by the Rotary/Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair, Inc. connected to any part of your sponsorship for the 2026 Street Fair is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any government restrictions, strike, flood, riot, explosion, war, epidemic, pandemic including but not limited to the COVID 19 pandemic, or any other casualty or cause beyond the control of Rotary/Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair, Inc. then Rotary/Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair, Inc. shall be excused from such performance. If the 2026 Street Fair is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impractical to take place by reason of any government restrictions, strike, flood, riot, explosion, war, epidemic, pandemic including but not limited to the COVID 19 pandemic, or any other casualty or cause, then you as the sponsor shall have the option of either obtaining a refund for the amount of money you paid for your sponsorship or reserve your sponsorship status for the next available Street Fair hosted by Rotary/Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair, Inc.

Receipt of your application will be confirmed in writing. If this application is not accepted, your money will be returned.

No refund will be made for any other reason.

Proceeds from the sale of spaces will be used for charitable projects by the Rotary Club of the Caldwells and the Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Essex.
