This is not a typical engineering role. You won’t just build UI features or APIs — you’ll design intelligent systems, production-grade data pipelines, and AI agents that solve real-world problems at scale. You’ll work directly with founders who understand what it takes to build global AI-native products.
What You’ll Do
• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines for AI-driven applicationsBuild and deploy • LLM-powered systems using foundation models
• Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with vector databases
• Design backend services using Node.js or Python
• Build modern frontend interfaces in React to power AI workflows
• Integrate, evaluate, and optimize AI models for production use
• Own features end-to-end — from prototype to production
• Collaborate closely with founders on product and technical direction
• Write clean, scalable, production-grade code
What We’re Looking For
• Solid Software Engineering and System Design Experience
• Strong experience in
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and model integration
• Experience building AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph preferred)
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
• Understanding of RAG systems and prompt engineering
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• High ownership mindset and passion for AI-native systems
