Please read the following terms and conditions and sign below.
In consideration of the acceptance of my Membership in the Bowen Nature Club, I, the participant agree as follows:

1. To abide by any announced policies, rules and regulations of the Bowen Nature Club. 2. I have reviewed the Waiver of Liability agreement and my signature affixed hereto indicates my agreement with such Waiver of Liability agreement.

3. I accept sole responsibility for my personal possessions and any equipment I may bring.

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement in its entirety and that I have executed this agreement voluntarily.

Annual Memberships are valid for one calendar year, from January 1 to December 31, regardless of when the membership due is paid.

* Note that a membership in good standing, including a day membership valid for the correct activity date, is required for participation in any Bowen Nature Club activity or outing.
