TRAIN - Training Team - Election workers have repeatedly asked for more training, so HCRP has developed supplemental training classes that fill the gaps in the Harris County Elections 3.5-hour mandatory training.
OBSERVE - Poll Watcher Team – HCRP’s trained poll watching team supports elections as they are happening. Poll watchers draw attention to laws or procedures that aren’t followed properly, and take notes of issues for the candidate or party that appoints them.
RESOLVE - Rapid Response – HCRP created the Rapid Response Team to assist election workers with issues they face on election day, and also provide ongoing support for future improvement.

We're in need of a volunteer Data Integration Specialist to build a custom ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) converter. You will help us automate the transformation of inconsistent CSV files from multiple sources into a structured database schema, ensuring reusable data mapping and formatting. There is WAY more help that we need, but this is the most pressing right now! Please let us know how you would be able to help in our efforts.
