Van Gaalen Trail Indemnity

1. The indemnity grantor participates at own risk and agrees that he/she shall have no claim whatsoever against the organizing body, helper, sponsor or land owner in respect of any injury, loss or damage that participants may suffer arising from any injury to that person or property, caused directly or indirectly by negligence, albeit gross of one more of the above mentioned parties.
2. The indemnity grantor is aware of the danger associated with walking, running, mountain biking and accepts the risks associated therewith.
3. I declare that I am physically fit and healthy.
4. Indemnity grantor is aware the route can change because of weather, manmade obstacles or other causes. Beware of the unexpected.
5. RULES
a. Helmet, protective eye wear and cellphone are compulsory
b. Horses have right of way, then mountain bikes
c. No animals or motor bikes allowed
d. No picnics, smoking, fire or dumping of rubbish allowed
e. Stay on marked trail. Stay away from private grounds and closed gates.
