But I also recognize something important: People are most effective when they serve in areas that fit their gifts, interests, passions, and availability. I'm not asking you where you feel obligated to serve. I'm asking: “Where could you serve and actually WANT to be faithful and consistent?” This is not about pressure or guilt.
