🚀 Founding Full-Stack Developer — Axar7
Axar7 is in its early buildup stage — a new company starting from the ground up. This is an opportunity for an early team member to join as a Founding Developer, with plenty of scope to grow alongside the company.
What’s being looked for
- 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and Python
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations
- Familiarity with modern AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- Experience with distributed / event-driven architecture is a plus
- Langchain, MCP, RAG or similar AI development experience is a major plus
- React Native or similar mobile development experience is a plus
- CRM integrations experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset of ownership and accountability
- Someone who can take responsibility for a task or feature from understanding the requirement through development, testing, and delivery
