Location: Remote
Market Requirements & Shift Timings:
• UAE Experience Mandatory
Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
• UK/US Experience Mandatory
Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM IST
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in EdTech/B2C sales
• UAE or UK/US market experience is a must
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
What You’ll Do:
• Handle leads end-to-end
• Conduct counselling and sales calls
• Convert leads into paid enrollments
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Contribute to scaling the business
Compensation:
• CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
• Uncapped incentives
