Professional Development Day Event- Literary Professionals Interest Form

All SBWN events will adhere to our Safer Spaces Policy.
We are hosting a professional development day event in-person and online to help BIPOC writers develop their skills, learn more about publishing, writing careers and more.

We’re looking for allies, publishers, editors and literary professionals to participate in these sessions to help us deliver a day of learning and discussion so our BIPOC participants can leave with the tools they need to work in the sector and develop their writing practice.

Depending on the interest, we may use this information and invite you to future events.

We’re inviting Non-BPOC allies to work with us in kind to help make sure that writing and creativity is more accessible to BPOC writers who are underrepresented within this sector so they can have thriving and sustainable writing careers.

Event time

In-person: Friday, 30 October (TBD Edinburgh or Glasgow)
Online: TBD
