Messages sent straight to you from our team with updates or event information.
WhatsApp – Community
A set of SCC‑related groups you can choose to join (e.g., Events, Consultations, Service Updates). Your phone number is visible to other group members, and joining means you consent to this.
WhatsApp – Channel
A dedicated SCC channel in the WhatsApp Updates tab where we post regular news, events and information. Your name and number are not visible to others. You can turn notifications on or off. You can’t comment, but we’ll include links when needed.

Email Reminders Reminder emails for appointments or events you’ve registered for.

Text Message Reminders Reminder texts for appointments or events you’ve registered for.

Facebook Community A moderated Facebook group where Carers can share experiences, ask questions and support each other. This is more about community connection than updates from the Centre.
