Service fee covers shopping, delivery, and time. Grocery costs are reimbursed separately.

Each service includes up to 30 unique grocery items.
Add-ons allow additional unique items. Quantity multiples of the same item count as one unique item.

Fridge Restock services require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to guest arrival.

Local service requests are reviewed within 12 business hours. Same-day service is not available. Orders are scheduled for the next available service date or your preferred future date, pending approval and payment.

Alcohol is purchased at cost and reimbursed. Coastal Concierge does not sell or mark up alcohol. Valid ID (21+) required at delivery. Alcohol availability subject to NC ABC regulations.

I have read and agree to the Coastal Concierge Terms of Service, which apply to this request and all other Coastal Concierge services, available via the link at the top of this page.

Payment

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that service availability is subject to confirmation and that grocery and alcohol costs are reimbursed at cost and due by delivery.

I acknowledge and agree that once shopping is completed and receipts are uploaded, payment for grocery and alcohol reimbursement is due by the time of delivery.

I authorize Coastal Concierge to charge my saved payment method for grocery costs and service fees after delivery.

Grocery and alcohol purchases are reimbursed at cost based on actual store receipts. Coastal Concierge does not mark up retail items.

By submitting this request and saving a payment method, you authorize Coastal Concierge to charge your card on file for:

• Grocery and alcohol totals based on receipts• Agreed service fees

• Approved add-ons such as Store Hop

Receipts and order summaries are provided after shopping. Charges are processed after delivery is completed.

If a major substitution or price change is required beyond normal shopping adjustments, we will contact you before proceeding.
