Accessibility Request Form

This form is for requesting modifications to increase accessibility to any of my patterns. Please allow me up to a week to complete your request once I've gotten back to your initial request. If you have any ideas that I can add to the form for modification options, please reach out. There is no additional charges for requesting accessibility accommodations.

Please provide a direct link to the pattern on my website OR provide the title of the pattern. You may also upload the copy of the pattern you would like modified lower down in the form if that is easier for you.

How can I help make my pattern more accessible for you?

If you know of any specific modifications I can make to a pattern for you such as colors that are harder/easier to read, symbols you struggle with, font size that is helpful, etc.

Below there will be a list of options that you can select from but please feel free to explain how I can best help you here:
