This is a small, hand curated hiring experiment I'm running to help skilled people get noticed for the right reasons, not filtered out for the wrong ones.
Here's exactly how this works and what happens to what you share. What you write in the pitch fields below, your skills, your projects, your impact, is what I may eventually share with employers in my circle, once I open this pool up to them. It will never include your name, age, gender, marital status, college or degree, caste, religion, disability status, or which company you've worked at.
Your resume and LinkedIn profile are asked for separately below, and these stay with me only. I use them purely for my own verification once you're shortlisted for a specific role, they are never shared or forwarded as is at any earlier stage.
Be as specific as you can, especially in the project and impact question, that's genuinely what gets you noticed here.
Please be specific and use a standard, recognizable title. Not "Growth Evangelist" or similar, use something like Data Analyst, Sales Manager, HR Business Partner. This is how employers will actually find and recognize you.
Before you submit, a few honest things worth knowing.
• This is a pool, not a guaranteed hire. Joining means your profile may be shown to employers, it does not promise you a job.
• Here's the actual process. I market curated profiles to employers I'm working with. If an employer selects your profile, I make the introduction. From there, it's a normal interview process, your performance decides the outcome, not me.
• This is completely free for candidates. There is no charge to join this pool or to be introduced to an employer.
I understand that my skills, projects, and impact as written above may be shared with employers once this pool opens up, with no name, age, gender, college, or company names attached. My resume and LinkedIn stay with Apeksha, only used for verification once I'm shortlisted for a specific role, and are never shared as is.
