What to expect

Your assessment is a live video walkthrough of about 30 minutes with a VUE. certifier. You, or someone you trust, will need to be at the property with a smartphone and a couple of free apps installed ahead of time. We'll send the download links and simple instructions when we confirm your appointment.

During the call, you'll walk the certifier to each spot where guests take in the view while we take bearings and measurements together.
