Welcome to NomadHer Female Leadership Busan Initiative2026! 🌊✨

Join us for an exclusive 3N 4D Female Leadership & Workation Program from October 6–9, 2026, in Busan, South Korea!

Designed for global female professionals, founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders, this program brings together inspiring women from around the world to connect, exchange ideas, experience Busan’s business ecosystem, and explore female leadership through workation and cultural experiences.

Only 15 participants will be selected.

Applications may close early once 15 qualified participants who strongly fit the initiative have been selected.

A special highlight is our participation in BOUNCE × NomadHer 2026, one of Busan’s leading startup and innovation conferences. A dedicated BOUNCE × NomadHer session will be officially presented at the conference, with approximately 5–8 participants selected as featured speakers. *Please note that places are limited to the first 15 eligible participants, so we strongly recommend applying as soon as possible to secure your spot!

The most eligible applicants will be contacted personally, and applications will close once the first 15 participants have been selected.

🧘‍♀️ Female Leadership & Workation

Join interactive leadership sessions, professional conversations, peer exchange, and workation activities at the Busan Workation Hub & Seo-gu Workation Hub.

🌊 Busan Experience

Experience Busan through a curated cultural activity, currently planned as a traditional temple experience with Korean tea and temple cuisine.

Participants will also receive a Busan Experience Voucher for selected local food options.

Program activities may change depending on availability and operational circumstances.

This is a structured Female Leadership & Workation initiative, not a general tourism program.

Selected participants are expected to join the official schedule, complete required Workation Hub check-ins, and actively engage with the NomadHer community throughout the program.

Applications will be reviewed based on eligibility, professional background, location, supporting documents, and overall fit with the initiative.
