This survey is part of The Unsaid Report, an independent research project carried out by the JCI Ireland Women in Leadership Programme capturing the honest, anonymous lived experiences of women in leadership roles . It is not affiliated with any employer or consultancy.
Your responses are completely anonymous. We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any information that could identify you. We ask only a small number of broad demographic questions to help us analyse patterns across responses.
Your responses will be analysed thematically and may be quoted anonymously in the final published report. All quotes will be reviewed to ensure no identifying details are included.
The final report will be published publicly and made freely available.
