Your role: own and operate StackOptimise’s internal outbound machine, end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline for our own business across email and LinkedIn, from building lists and crafting high-converting campaigns, to managing replies, booking meetings, and closing the loop on calls.
This is not a client delivery role.
This is our internal growth engine, and you will run it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and launching outbound campaigns across email + LinkedIn
- Managing infrastructure capable of 500k+ emails per month
- Writing and iterating on high-performing, pattern-disrupting copy
- Handling inbound replies and qualifying leads
- Cold calling all positive replies and converting them into opportunities
- Continuously testing, analysing, and improving performance across the funnel
What we’re looking for:
- Strong proficiency in Clay and Smartlead (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience running outbound campaigns at scale
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confidence and competence on the phone, you can handle and close cold leads
- Deep understanding of outbound strategy, not just execution
- High ownership mindset
