Application Academy Program 2026 Registration form

Our Flagship Employability program is back!

This 5-week virtual full funded employability program is designed to help students and graduates get ready for the upcoming application season. Across the programme, you’ll build the key skills employers look for - from CVs, interviews and commercial awareness to navigating online applications, assessment centres and industry pathways.

This year’s programme is sponsored by Barclays and includes live sessions, employer-led insights and opportunities to connect with organisations across industries such as Barclays, Accenture, Hogan Lovells, LinkLaters and more. The programme ends with an in-person insight day at Barclays’ Canary Wharf HQ, giving you the chance to meet employers, build confidence and prepare properly before applications open.

Week 3: 19 August - Interview Preparation
Week 4: 26 August - Building a thorough Job Search Strategy
Week 5: 2 September - Acing Application Season Event, Barclays Canary Wharf
