Step 1 of 2 · The agreement

Please read this, fill in your details at the bottom and sign. Page 2 is a short intake form (about 10 minutes). After that you can book your discovery call.

AI Time-Back Assessment · Agreement

This agreement is between Patrick Pitre ("I," "me") and the business named below ("you"). It starts when you submit this form.

1. What you get, for $999

1. Intake form (10 minutes): your recurring tasks and about how many minutes a week each takes. This is your baseline.

2. Discovery call (45 minutes, recorded): you walk me through your week.

3. Written report within 2 business days: for each task, the tool or change I recommend, what it costs, how long it takes to set up, and how many hours a week I estimate it gives back against your baseline, with a total.

4. Review call (30 minutes): we go through the report, set up one or two quick wins together, and agree on the hours.

5. Follow-up call (20 minutes, 2–3 weeks later, free): we check how much time actually came back.

Not included: building, changing or fixing anything in your systems, or ongoing support. If you want help putting the recommendations in place, I'll quote that separately in writing.

2. The 5-hour guarantee

• If my report doesn't find at least 5 hours a week, you pay nothing and you keep the report.

• "Find" means identify, against your own baseline, a specific tool or change for each task with a time estimate. The report shows the total.

• On the review call we go through that total together. If you reasonably don't agree that at least 5 hours a week of it is realistic for your business, you pay nothing.

• If we agree on 5 or more hours, I send a $999 invoice at the end of the review call, due in 7 days. Bank transfer or card.

• If the review call doesn't happen within 14 days of my sending the report and the report total is 5 hours or more, I'll send the invoice then. You can still tell me within the 7-day payment window that you don't agree with the total, and we'll book the review before anything is owed.

• The guarantee is about the hours the report finds, not the hours you end up saving. Real savings depend on you making the changes; we measure them together on the follow-up call. One guarantee per business.

3. Recording and AI

• Calls are recorded (audio, video, shared screen) by a notetaking service (currently Fathom), which makes a transcript. I'll say so at the start of every call, and you can ask me to pause or stop at any time. Please tell anyone you bring onto a call that it's recorded.

• I use AI services (currently Anthropic Claude and Fathom) on the transcripts, your intake answers and anything you send me, to analyze your workflows and write your report. I use business accounts with training on your data turned off where the provider offers it.

• Recordings are deleted after 90 days. Transcripts and intake answers are deleted 12 months after our last call, or sooner if you ask.

4. Your information

• I keep your business information confidential and use it only for this assessment. You do the same for my report templates, checklists and pricing.

• Please don't share passwords, full card or bank numbers, Social Security numbers, health records or other regulated data. I'll never ask for a password. If something slips through, tell me and I'll delete it. I'm not a HIPAA business associate.

• This assessment needs no access to your systems.

• You own your data and your report. I own my templates, prompts and methods. I won't use your name or numbers publicly without your written okay.

5. What I don't promise

Apart from the guarantee above, no particular result, time saved, revenue or cost saving. Recommendations are my professional opinion at a point in time; tool prices and features change. This is a review, not an audit or certification. AI tools make mistakes, so have a person check anything customer-facing, financial, legal, medical or HR-related before relying on it. I'm not a lawyer, accountant or HR professional.

6. The usual

My total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you've paid me. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages. I'm an independent contractor. California law; disputes in Orange County. This is the whole agreement for the assessment; changes in writing (email is fine). Submitting this form with your name and signature counts as signing.
