Thank you for booking an informed intuitive breathwork session with me. I am so honored to hold space for you. With guidance and support, I will show you how to use your breath to show up for yourself and to engage with your own healing. Breathwork is a transformational practice and can be different each time you practice. I facilitate confidential 1:1 or small breathwork groups online and in-person in or near Twisp, WA. All sessions include a 20-35 minute active breath meditation with a 5-15 minute integration to a curated playlist. I work with people of all genders, identities and life experiences.
Having a consistent breathwork practice has given me so much clarity and embodied support to move through emotions, disassociation, anxiety, c-PTSD, depression, ancestral wounding along with the benefits of deeper sleep, more energy, increased creativity, spiritual and intuitive guidance and internal support to name a few. I also have experience with plant medicine healing and find that breathwork is wonderful for integration. In fact, this practice can be quite expansive and illuminating.
