Dear Fellow Victim,
I am writing to provide a final update regarding our collective coordination effort. As of July 1, 2026, the AscendEX exchange has officially ceased operations, citing a lack of regulatory authorization and "insolvency-related legal requirements."
1. Closure of the Register I have reached the limit of the voluntary actions I can take as a private individual. Despite our documented "Quantum" of over $3m in claims, U.S. class-action counsel (Scott+Scott) has not yet moved to initiate a contingency-based group action. Consequently, I am formally closing the Victim Register today.
2. Preservation of Evidence for Law EnforcementTo ensure the integrity of our collective data, I will not be deleting the register immediately. Instead:
I have moved the Master Register to a Secure Offline Archive.
This data is being preserved solely for the FBI (Operation Riptide), the SEC, the Singapore Police (Anti-Scam Centre) and other relevant authorities.
3. Your Immediate Responsibilities The responsibility for pursuing your individual claim now rests with you. I strongly recommend you take the following steps:
Register with the Liquidator: Monitor for official notices regarding the court-appointed liquidator for BMXDM Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) or AscendEX Technology S.R.L. (Romania). You must file a formal "Proof of Debt" to be included in any asset distribution.
Direct Reporting: If you haven’t done so, file your own report with the FBI IC3 and other relevant authorities, citing the platform's closure and our coordination efforts.
I am now stepping back to focus on my own recovery. This form account will no longer be monitored, and I will be terminating it shortly.
I wish you the best of luck in your recovery.
Regards,
