A voice inside is whispering that I'm not ready and I’ll fail. Fear makes me hesitate.

I notice an energy in my body that signals what I'm capable of, but there's a big gap in between that I cannot find the courage to cross.

I don’t even know where to start. Before trying, I already feel defeated and quickly focus my attention somewhere else.

When I do achieve something, I think it’s not good enough. I am frustrated and lack confidence to try it again.

I automatically feel overwhelmed by imagining all the different ways others, who appear more skilled, would handle the situation

Beneath it all, there is a constant desire for external validation, a burden that keeps me hyperalert.

I want to build confidence in my own style of doing things and I want to do it without compromising who I am.

I have an idea of where you want to go, but I don't really have priorities, or they are all over the place.

When an obstacle gets in the way, I change direction. I briefly feel safe, but quickly feel uneasy when I realize the environment around me feels more and more out of place.
