Welcome to the French Momentum Club Summer 2026 Program!

This program helps students maintain and strengthen their French reading skills over the summer through engaging books, weekly activities, and small-group live discussions.

Program fee: $420

Refund Policy

I understand that the program fee is fully refundable until May 30, 2026. Refund requests made after this date may not be accommodated as books and materials will have already been ordered.

By submitting this form you consent to French Momentum Club collecting and using the information provided in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We collect your child's first name, grade, French program type, and French level, as well as your name, email address, phone number, and city or province.

Your information is used solely to assess your child's eligibility for the program, match them to appropriate reading materials, communicate program details and updates, process payment, arrange book shipping, and provide ongoing program support through email, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the following services strictly to deliver the program:

Google (Gmail and Google Classroom) for communication and activity delivery Stripe for secure payment processing Tally for form collection Make (formerly Integromat) for automated email delivery

All third party services used are bound by their own privacy policies and handle data securely.

Your information is retained for the duration of the program and for up to one year afterward for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to participate in the program.

All information is stored securely in password-protected accounts. Access is limited to Maria, the founder of French Momentum Club, and is never shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the program.
