Product Solutions Lead

As a Product Solutions Lead, you will bridge the gap between customers, product, and sales. You will ensure that our product is positioned effectively, delivered in ways that maximize customer success, and continually informed by real-world use cases and feedback. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that combines pre-sales, product insight, and domain expertise.
A. Customer-Facing Product Expertise

Solution Design: Work closely with prospects and customers to understand their workflows and challenges, translating them into tailored product solutions.

Positioning & Messaging: Ensure that the product is presented clearly, accurately, and persuasively across all customer touchpoints.

Domain Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the legal / SaaS domain to advise customers, guide internal teams, and enhance product credibility.
B. Pre-Sales & Revenue Support

Deal Enablement: Support the sales team with demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations that showcase the product’s value.

Customer Insights: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform sales strategies and product priorities.

Solution Selling: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine value propositions, competitive positioning, and success stories.
C. Product Feedback & Experience Optimization

Customer Experience: Advocate for the customer internally, ensuring product workflows, onboarding, and features align with real needs.

Roadmap Influence: Partner with Product leadership to prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on market and customer feedback.

Evaluation & Metrics: Track adoption, usage patterns, and feedback to help quantify impact and inform product decisions.
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

Internal Partnering: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and feature rollout.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer insights, deal trends, and product-related risks or opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for non-technical teams and executive leadership.
