Open call for solutions on the labour market

This mid-November (date TBC), We Vote We Care is hosting a two-hour “hackathon” in Copenhagen.

Problem owners, solution owners, experts, politicians and citizens will meet to tackle the challenges of the labour market. Together we’ll map the real problems, learn from what’s already working, and turn ideas into concrete next steps.

We’re gathering real, working solutions to bring into the room. Big, grassroots, local or international, no solution is too small, but to give you an idea, we came across italø, which pairs newcomers with mentors who already know the Danish job market, or Energi til Hinanden, a youth hub in Esbjerg that got more vulnerable young people into jobs and education.

Are you behind a solution, or do you know a good one? It can be something you’ve seen at home, on a trip, or in a city you admire. We’re crowdsourcing the best ideas, wherever they’re from.
