Motion 1: Amend the Language of Rule 2 to specify that low effort posts include proselytizing, bad faith posts, excessive link dumping, trolling, low-effort jokes, and memes. Allow all other types of "low effort" posts to be resolved via downvotes.

Add a new rule that states ""Posts that do not meet the qualification for a debate must be flaired as 'Discussion Topic'. Posts not properly flaired will have the flair changed by the moderators."
