MentorME Fellowship - Expression of Interest

MentorME began in May 2020 as an exclusive on-the-job training program designed to support Vietnamese and international youth in developing real industry skills.

Over the past five years, that mission has evolved significantly. On 10.10.2025, MentorME officially launched as a global talent mobility platform that empowers migrants and international students to navigate education, career, and migration pathways with confidence.

This year, we bring a new version of our 6-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program where learners work on with companies or within MentorME departments. Through mentorship, skills training, and hands-on experience, students build career readiness in both technical and non-technical fields.

Our mission is to give students clarity, capability, and confidence through real work, real mentors, and real outcomes.

What you'll achieve

During the 6-month program, you will:

1. Work on real project sprints
2. Collaborate directly with company partners or MentorME teams
3. Build end-to-end deliverables: research, planning, execution, reporting
4. Learn industry tools used in global companies
5. Improve communication, productivity, and problem-solving skills
6. Build a job-ready portfolio showcasing real work
7. Receive feedback from mentors and industry supervisors 8. Receive career support from MentorME and exclusive access to our professional network 9. Certificate of completion

By the end, you’ll graduate with a stronger profile & job portfolio, tangible achievements, and clear career direction.
