The role

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join the Kezella team and take full ownership of growing our school network on the ground. You will be the face of Kezella, visiting schools, running demos, and converting conversations into onboardings that directly move the business forward.

What you'll do

- Identify and visit schools across your assigned territory in Lagos. - Pitch Kezella to school owners, proprietors, and bursars. - Run live demos of the platform and handle objections on the spot. - Guide schools through the onboarding process until they're fully set up. - Meet weekly targets for school visits, demos, and onboarding. - Report market feedback and insights back to the team.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of field sales experience, ideally in fintech, edtech, or selling to SMEs. - Strong marketing skills with the ability to prospect and initiate conversations confidently. - Highly autonomous and self-motivated — you manage your own schedule and hit your numbers. - Strong communication skills in English. - Familiarity with Lagos geography and school landscape is a plus.

Compensation

- NGN 150,000 - 200,000 monthly.
-Transport allowance.
