The Role
We’re looking for a Call Centre Agent / Appointment Setter to join our team. Your main responsibility will be calling leads on behalf of our dental clients, building trust over the phone, and converting those leads into confirmed appointments.
This is not a hard-sales role — it’s about being professional, warm, and persuasive enough to help patients take the next step and show up to their consultation.
Responsibilities
- Call inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns.
- Follow a proven script while adapting naturally to each conversation.
- Overcome basic objections and reassure patients.
- Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars.
- Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, and notes in our CRM.
- Follow up with leads that didn’t answer or need a call back.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call centre, sales, appointment setting, or customer service role.
- Excellent phone manner — clear, confident, and friendly.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and digital tools.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
