We are excited to welcome you to our fall conference!

This is the form to register as an individual. If you are registering as a group of 3 or more, please complete our group registration form.

If the financial cost of the conference is a barrier for any of your group, please direct them to apply to our bursary program using the "Fall Conference 2026 Bursary Application Form". The deadline for bursary application is September 9th.

Full Conference Pricing:

Our most popular option, this includes overnight accommodation Friday and Saturday night. It also includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks on Saturday as well as breakfast and lunch Sunday. It also includes two keynote presentations, three presentation slots, the option of two panel discussions, the annual awards ceremony, and evening entertainment.

Individual Student Member Price: $290.00

Student Group Members Price Per Ticket (3 or more people): $275.00

Individual Member Price: $335.00

Group Member Price Per Ticket (3 or more people): $320.00

Saturday Only Pricing:

The Saturday only option is from 8:30 am - 7:15 pm on Saturday September 26. It includes both keynote presentations, three presentation slots, lunch, dinner, and the awards ceremony. It does not include overnight accommodation, evening entertainment, or breakfast on Saturday.

Saturday Only Group Student Members Price Per Ticket (3 or more people): $75.00

Attendance for Our Annual Meeting

Free - We just ask that if you are not already registered for the conference, you register for the annual meeting to ensure that we provide enough seating for all attendees. Membership is required to vote on motions at the annual meeting.

We will facilitate connecting those who need rides with those that have vehicles, but COEO unfortunately does not take any responsibility for any damage to vehicles, people, late arrivals, or property for those carpooling.

How did you hear about the conference?

COEO is looking for interest in Pre-Conference Workshops for future years.

Pre-Conferences run on the Friday before the conference. Please tick the boxes below that describe your interest in pre-conferences in future years (i.e. 2027 and beyond).

I would come if it was less that $50 to attend.

I would come if it offered a certification course (ex., first aid, trail guiding, "Leave No Trace" training, Project Wild training) - even if I had to pay market price for that training.

Connecting with other outdoor educators is often the most important part of a COEO conference. If this is your first COEO conference and you would like to be connected to someone before the conference to learn more about COEO and what to expect at the fall conference, let us know here. We will also have some events at the conference to help first time conference attendees feel more at home.

Would you like to contribute to oru first ever Games Showcase?

This year on Saturday afternoon during the free time slot, we will be having a 45 minute session where folks who have favourite games, icebreakers, or other short and impactful group activities can show them off. Those who wish to contribute will submit their ideas before the conference. If folks submit similar ideas, we may pair people together to present together. Each activity will be given 3-5 minutes of time to teach and play out.

Yes please! I have an activity that I'm always happy to have in my back pocket. The conference organizers can email me and connect me to other people who are contributing to the Games Showcase.
