Registration for Colorado Regional Meeting Fall Gathering

Registration is open from July 1 until August 11.
A minimum deposit of $50 is required to hold your registration.
Welcome Friends! We have moved our Fall Gathering to the Easter Seals Camp in Empire, CO to see how it meets our needs. Every aspect of this property is ADA accessible, and we will be the only group on the property. Our program will lend itself to exploring the property and finding out about its unique amenities.
This year we are not going to have a speaker. Instead, we want to explore and embrace our new location through a scavenger hunt and worship sharing on Saturday. We will have time to renew our community and ourselves.
As is our custom, we want everyone to come no matter how much they can pay. We call this option as “pay as led.” We invite you to pay as much as you can. If it is less than your costs for the weekend, we will make up the difference. If it is more than your costs for the weekend, we thank you and will use it to support others.
Youth programming will be available during Saturday and Sunday.

Youth Programming:

We will provide activities for all the youth. Older youth are welcome to participate in the main program, if they wish. Please list those in your group who will be part of the youth program.

Lodging

Lodging choices: Please note that we are staying at a camp and that our lodging rooms are varied. Most rooms have multiple bunk beds in them. Most rooms do not have a bathroom in them. The rooms are arranged dorm-style with shared bathrooms in each hall. There are elevators on each floor in each building. We will do our best to give you exactly what you want, but we may have to provide alternatives. Full payment at the time of registration will make it more likely that you will get your first choice.
Please let us know of any special needs or concerns you have for your lodging.
We will be in two buildings: Friendship (FR) and Homebuilder (HB). Friendship is the older of the two and not as nice, so it is a bit less expensive per person over 18.
