Design partners are paid for each completed project they accept. You keep 70% of the amount paid by the client after fees (2.9%-$0.30).

This is probably the most important section, it shows us your work and reflects your skills.
As part of the team, you won't be working at a fixed hourly or weekly rate. You would work on a project-to-project basis. Some weeks you may be assigned a project, some not. Whenever assigned a project, you must complete it within the assigned time limit which varies based on project.
