Please read these terms before submitting a guest application, story, idea, message, recording, photograph, or other material to The Friendly Talk Show.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to materials you submit through our guest application form or other channels that expressly reference these terms (“Submissions”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Friendly Talk Show and its hosts and producers.
Non-confidential submissions
Submissions are provided on a non-confidential basis. Please do not include confidential information, trade secrets, or material you do not have permission to share. Contact details, scheduling information, accommodation requests, and topics you identify as off-limits are excluded from the public-use permission below.
Permission to use your submission
You retain ownership of your Submission. By submitting it, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, subject to applicable law, to reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and incorporate your Submission into episodes, clips, promotional materials, and other content related to The Friendly Talk Show, in any media. This includes permission to allow our production and distribution partners to use it for those purposes.
You also authorize us to use your submitted name, biography, image, and voice in connection with that content, to the extent you have the authority to grant those permissions.
No guarantee or compensation
Submitting material does not guarantee an invitation, response, publication, business promotion, or particular level of exposure. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you will not receive payment or royalties for our permitted use of your Submission, and we are not required to obtain your approval before publishing it.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you own your Submission or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it and grant the permissions above. Your Submission must not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
Release of claims
To the extent permitted by law, you release The Friendly Talk Show and its hosts, producers, and production and distribution partners from claims arising from uses of your Submission that are authorized by these terms. This release does not apply to unlawful conduct or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Guest appearances
These terms cover submitted materials. If you are selected to appear on the show, we may ask you to sign a separate guest release covering the recording and use of your appearance.

By checking the acceptance box and submitting this form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these terms, and agree to them.
