Terms and Conditions for Cancellations and refunds

-Minimum amount of participants to host the event is 4. If the minimum amount of participants is not met by June 18th, 2026, the event will be cancelled and the entire cost will be refunded.

We understand plans change! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 10 days before the retreat for a full refund.

Cancellations within 3-9 days in advance, will be refunded 50%.

Cancellations within 2-0 days in advance, will NOT be refunded.

I understand that the natural cosmetics session involves handling and applying raw botanical materials, vegetable oils, nut butters, clays, and active plant ingredients. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to disclose any allergies or skin conditions beforehand and to patch-test products during the session. I release the hosts and venue from any liability regarding skin irritation, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from the use of these ingredients.
