For people with ADHD, waking up and getting started is often the hardest part of the day. Routines and habit trackers eventually stop working because plans don’t cut it if they can’t adapt to changing focus, energy, or motivation.
LEVU is a new morning motivator app being prototyped at Edge. It’s a simple system that helps you navigate your common blockers and build adaptive routines that get you moving. It’s built for people with ADHD, but designed for anyone who can’t stick to routines, craves novelty, or struggles to get started.
Come to a LEVU session to share your best tips and tricks about ADHD and building motivation - and learn how fellow Edge attendees hack their systems. Then test out LEVU - share what lands and what you want built in. The data from these sessions feeds directly into how LEVU develops.
This experiment is led by Cait Chizmar, who holds a degree in clinical research from UNCW and a master’s in clinical rehabilitation and mental health counseling from UNC. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, she’s spent a decade building systems that balance structure and flexibility to hack her brain. LEVU's mission is to help you hack yours.
