Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for keeping the club organized and informed. They prepare meeting agendas in collaboration with the executive team, take meeting minutes, and keep accurate records of decisions, action items, and member feedback. The Secretary manages club documents and helps ensure important information is communicated to the appropriate members. They may also represent the club at meetings or events when needed.
Director of Operations
The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day logistics of the club. They maintain attendance records, coordinate meeting and event logistics, and help ensure activities run smoothly. They assist with planning fundraisers, workshops, and excursions, while keeping records of operational tasks and timelines. The Director of Operations works closely with the executive team to improve club processes and support long-term planning.
Treasurer
The Treasurer manages the club's finances and budget. They track revenue, expenses, and account balances, and prepare financial updates for the executive team when needed. The Treasurer oversees the financial aspects of fundraisers and events, ensuring that funds are used responsibly and in support of the club's goals. They are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records throughout the year.
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the club and maintaining its public image. They create and manage content for social media, posters, newsletters, and other promotional materials. They oversee marketing campaigns for events, fundraisers, and recruitment initiatives, ensuring information is clear, engaging, and consistent with the club's brand. The Marketing Manager also helps grow awareness of the club and increase member participation.
