Super Level Z Console, Controller, & Video Game Cleaning & Repairs

My goal is to provide fair, affordable repair, restoration, and modding services while helping keep gaming hardware alive, not to overcharge customers.

I’m not a large repair shop or corporation. This is a serious hobby I’ve been doing for about a year. Because I’m still growing and learning, I intentionally keep pricing lower and more reasonable than most (if not all) repair shops.

Every console, controller, handheld, and game is treated like it were my own.

Before You Submit

Required Costs: - $10 upfront submission fee (required to submit this form, helps prevent fraudulent and non-serious submissions) - Return shipping (label should be included with your shipment) - Parts required for repairs or mods - Service Completion Fee after successful completion of your repair, refurbishment, or mod

No "Service Completion Fee" is charged if a repair cannot be completed, unless previously discussed for diagnostic-only work.

How the Process Works

1. Submit the form + $10 submission fee 2. Ship your item with required accessories + return label 3. I inspect and diagnose the issue 4. I contact you by email and/or phone (text) with a rough estimate 5. You approve the work before I proceed 6. Repair/mod is completed and tested 7. Final invoice is sent 8. Once payment is complete, your item is shipped back

Service Completion Fee

All completed services include a Service Completion Fee to help cover diagnostics, testing, cleaning supplies, soldering supplies, and general shop costs. Pricing is kept intentionally lower as I build my service and experience. Starting Price Guide

(Parts cost not included. Example: a Cleaning and CMOS battery + installation would be $20 + parts cost.)

Basic Service Starting at $20+ Simple cleaning and maintenance services.

Examples: - Console Cleaning - Cartridge cleaning - Controller cleaning - Minor maintenance (stuck buttons, basic fixes where cleaning is usually enough)

Mid-Level Repair Starting at $35+ Standard repairs and refurbishment work.

Examples: - Disc drive work - Refurbishments - Laser replacement - Controller repairs (faulty units) - Port replacements - Common console repairs - Moderate diagnostics

Advanced Repair / Modding Starting at $50+ Board-level repairs and modification work.

Examples: - USB-C mods - HDMI repairs - Trace repair - Corrosion repair (severity dependent, could cost less!) - Solder-heavy repairs (chip swaps, recaps, board work) - Advanced console modding

Final pricing depends on difficulty, condition, and parts involved.

You will always receive a rough estimate before work begins. If anything comes up, you'll be notified immediately.

Services Offered

Refurbishment

Deep internal cleaning, corrosion treatment, preventative maintenance, inspections, and console-specific upkeep (such as Original Xbox clock capacitor removal where applicable).

Some systems require additional thermal work. Higher-quality thermal paste and pads may slightly increase cost depending on usage.

Repairs

Examples include:

- Disc drive replacement - Laser replacement - HDMI repairs - Charging issues - Power issues - Controller repairs - Port replacement - Trace repair - Corrosion repair - Motherboard diagnostics

All repairs are estimated and approved before work begins.

Modding

Examples include:

- USB-C mods - Screen upgrades - Battery upgrades - Internal modifications - Quality-of-life improvements

Please email superlevelzofficial@gmail.com before submitting for modding requests so we can confirm if the service is available.

Mod kits and specialty parts will be included in your estimate.

If approved, include details in the final notes section so your request is documented.

Payment Policy

Payment is due after repair completion and before return shipment.

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of delivery.

If payment is not received within 30 days and there is no communication, the item will be considered abandoned and may be retained or repurposed to recover labor, time, and material costs.

Please do not send items unless you are prepared to complete payment.

Shipping Requirements

Please package your item safely and securely.

Include:

- Console/device - Controllers if possessed (for testing) - Necessary power/video cables if possessed (for testing) - Return shipping label - Printed contact information and order details

Improper packaging that causes damage during shipping is the sender’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability: Super Level Z is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, hardware failure, or issues occurring during or after repair.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up data and ensuring items are in acceptable condition before shipment.

Hold Harmless: You agree to hold harmless Super Level Z and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from use of services.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, not court proceedings.

Consoles

Please include all necessary cables with your console. If cables are missing but I have compatible ones available, I will use my own. If I do not have the required cables, I will contact you with the replacement cost, and repairs will proceed once payment is received.

If you are sending multiple consoles, please add a sticky note or some form of identification to each so I know which console has which issue. Include at least one controller for testing purposes. If a controller does not need service, please do not include it in the controller section.

If you do not provide a controller and refuse to pay for a replacement for testing, I cannot be held responsible for any issues related to incomplete testing after cleaning and repairs. If I have a controller, I'll use my own.

If I don't have the parts I'll contact you with how much replacement parts will be, and then I'll be able to proceed once payment is given.
