Super Level Z Console, Controller, & Video Game Cleaning & Repairs

I am not here to make a ton of money off your cleaning and repairs. I will always aim to be as reasonable as possible. Until then, this is what I can offer. Here's what you pay: $10 to submit the form, this helps pay for my business address (and helps verifies your identity). Shipping. Parts as needed. More expensive materials as needed (like thermal pads/paste). That's it. It can't be any cheaper.

I hope one day I can do this completely for free while social media pays for my bills. This would include me paying for everything; shipping, parts, materials. You'd just send me your stuff and get it back clean and repaired. I'm just not there yet. Maybe in a couple years! I do not claim to be an expert and this is purely a hobby. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, and not through court proceedings.

Description of Services

All consoles will be tested with at least 10 minutes of gameplay after cleaning and repairs with some exceptions needing longer testing (I.E. overheating issues). Controllers will be tested to ensure all buttons are fully functional. Video games will be tested for approximately 5 minutes each.

To be clear, any parts, labels, cases, art prints, etc. cost will be passed over to you to pay before I can proceed.

Refurbish

I'll do a complete refurbishment of any console and controller. This would include things like an advanced cleaning and corrosion treatment. Some consoles require special work like an OG Xbox may need the clock capacitor removed. That would be included in the refurbishment. If replacement parts are found to be appropriate, you'll be contacted with the additional costs. A common one is the NES needing a new 72 pin connector. These are around $13 or so. You'll need to pay for parts before I can proceed. Some things may be an additional cost like Retrobright, Thermal Pads, and Thermal Paste replacement. This is due to the higher cost of these materials than others. The cost will fluctuate depending on the amount needed for that console. It may be anywhere from $5 - $20 or so, and that's not to make a profit, it's just to recoup the cost of those materials being used. I'll provide a very fair low cost invoice for materials to be used if you want any of these. Polishing can also be an extra fee, as good material is not that cheap, it just depends on the console or controller.

Repairs

Repairs depend greatly on what needs repaired and parts price. You'll be notified with additional costs and parts will need to be paid for before the repair can proceed. For example new disc drives/lasers can run anywhere from $20-$50+. Depending on the device this could be a $20-$50+ repair. Your cost will go towards parts and shipping. I make little to no profit off parts.

Label/Jewel Replacement

We offer replacement of worn or missing warning, caution, and serial number labels with accurate reproductions - a great finishing touch for restorations or display pieces. Currently, these labels and jewels are sourced and purchased individually, as we do not yet have the means to print them in-house.

Please note that some labels and jewels may be difficult or impossible to find, as many are no longer produced or widely available. If a requested label or jewel cannot be sourced, you will not be billed for it. If you want to source these yourself, you can send them with your package or send me the links of what you specifically want. Replacement label's and jewel's can be very accurate but will likely not be perfect when compared to the OEM label and jewel.

Video Game Cleaning and Replacements

Chemicals like IPA and DeoxIT 100 used where appropriate. Shell/Case Cleaning, Pin/Disc Cleaning. Case Replacement, Cover Art Replacement – note some images may show signs of mild wear, we can only go off what is available in databases and what has been scanned from other users. Some replacement cases or cover art may be difficult to find and cannot be guaranteed. Discs and Pins with deep scratches or corrosion may be damaged beyond repair. Disc and shell cases can vary from original OEM.

If completely depends on what you want done. It's best to email me at superlevelzofficial@gmail.com before submitting the form so we can determine if it’s something I can offer.

Note that mod kits and parts can be very expensive. You would obviously pay for anything needed to complete the mod.

Consoles

Please include all necessary cables with your console. If cables are missing but I have compatible ones available, I will use my own. If I do not have the required cables, I will contact you with the replacement cost, and repairs will proceed once payment is received.

If you are sending multiple consoles, please add a sticky note or some form of identification to each so I know which console has which issue. Include at least one controller for testing purposes. If a controller does not need service, please do not include it in the controller section.

If you do not provide a controller and refuse to pay for a replacement for testing, I cannot be held responsible for any issues related to incomplete testing after cleaning and repairs. If I have a controller, I'll use my own.
