I understand formulas, fragrances, packaging, names, ingredients, and directions may change before public release.

I agree to use the products as directed.

I agree to provide honest, detailed feedback, whether positive or negative.

I understand my feedback may influence future product development.

I agree not to publicly share product performance, formulas, ingredients, photos, videos, or reviews until Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ provides written permission.

I understand this is a confidential testing program.

I agree not to redistribute, sell, or give away any testing products.

I understand products are provided for testing purposes only.

I understand participation may end at any time at the discretion of Coastal Crown Lifestyle™.

I understand Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ may use my written feedback, photos, and videos for marketing, education, social media, advertising, or product development with my permission as outlined elsewhere in this program.

I agree to complete all required questionnaires and scheduled feedback forms while participating.
