Basic Eligibility:
Applicants should be between 20–55 years of age at the time of registration.
Eligibility will be verified based on the Date of Birth provided after form submission.
Required for participant records and age verification.

I consent to Success Connection, HERO Connect and authorized project partners collecting, using and processing my personal information (including National ID and Date of Birth) for registration, participant verification, BOI-related registration, training administration, certificate issuance, project coordination and related program activities.
