Hi there! Before submitting your order, please take a moment to review our full terms. This helps ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone involved.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

* Please make sure you're absolutely sure before submitting your order. * Be a responsible buyer and settle your payment on or before the given deadline. * If you're not 100% ready to commit, please do not submit this order form. * Cancellation may be allowed only with a valid reason, but a 50% cancellation fee (based on your total order amount) will still apply. * If a customer insists on canceling without valid reason, we reserve the right to mark the individual as a bogus buyer and restrict them from future transactions. * We also reserve the right to cancel any order from buyers who are disrespectful, impatient, or overly demanding, or if a group order (GO) does not meet the minimum number of items required.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

* All transactions follow a Payment-First Policy — payment is required to secure your order.

* Some items require a 50% downpayment within 7 days after submitting the order. The remaining 50% must be paid on or before the final payment deadline.

* We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

* Late payments will incur a ₱100 per day penalty. After 3 days past the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your order and forfeit any payments made.

* Our accepted Modes of Payment (MOP): GCash, Maya Bank, BDO and Palawan Express.

* Buyers must send a valid Proof of Payment (POP) via submitted Payment Form.

* No proof of payment = No order confirmation.

ITEM ARRIVAL & PROCESSING

* Unless marked "on-hand", all items under group order (GO) are considered pre-order.

* Patience is required, as shipping timelines depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

* Once items are released by the supplier, the standard estimated time of arrival (ETA) from South Korea to the Philippines is 4–5 weeks via sea cargo.

* Once received at our PH address, allow an additional 1–2 weeks for packing and shipping, depending on the volume of orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

* We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by international or local couriers. However, we guarantee your items are packed securely and with care.

* Local shipping fees may change based on the actual size and weight of your package, without prior notice.

* If your parcel is marked Return to Sender (RTS), the buyer will shoulder the cost of reshipping.

* Combined shipping is only allowed if all items are from the same group order batch with the same ETA.

* Local shipping fees will be collected once the items have arrived in the Philippines.

* Items with unpaid shipping fees will be held for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the item will be reposted as “on-hand” and made available for purchase by other buyers.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

* Returns or exchanges are only allowed if we have sent you the wrong item.

* A clear unboxing video (from start to finish, no cuts) is required for all return or refund requests.

* Photos are not accepted. No unboxing video = no exchange or refund.

* Refunds will only be issued if an item becomes out of stock or unavailable.

CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY POLICY

* Please provide accurate and complete personal information (name, address, contact details) to avoid issues with delivery or communication.

* All personal information is kept strictly confidential and will only be used for order processing and shipping.

* If you need to update your shipping details, please notify us immediately.

* If you are a minor, kindly make sure your parent or guardian is informed before placing an order.
