Operations Manager – Hybrid85, Cover Crop Exchange, Override Ag — Application

We're a small, all-remote team behind three direct-to-farmer seed brands (Hybrid85, Cover Crop Exchange, and Override Ag), hiring our first Operations Manager to own post-sale — and some pre-sale — operations end-to-end. It's email-first, customer-facing work: owning the support inbox, coordinating shipping and fulfillment, and keeping orders, vendors, and loose ends on track.
We care far more about a sharp, reliable operator who writes clearly than about ag or seed experience — we teach all the industry stuff. Peak seasons (Feb–April and Aug–Nov) are high-tempo; the rest of the year is calmer. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 base (higher for the right person), plus a performance bonus, a $1,000/month healthcare stipend, and unlimited vacation. Remote, US only, any time zone — we don't sponsor visas at this time.
We read every application and respond to everyone, even if it's a "no." Thanks for considering us.
