Your pickup date and time are automatically determined by your selected rental package.

2-Week Rental Packages: Pickup will be scheduled exactly 14 days after your delivery at the same scheduled delivery time.7-Day Rental Packages: Pickup will be scheduled exactly 7 days after your delivery at the same scheduled delivery time.

If you need additional time, rental extensions may be available. To request an extension, please contact Cascade Tote Rentals at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Extension fees vary based on your rental package and are subject to availability.

Reservation Deposit & Rental Agreement

To secure your reservation, a $50 refundable reservation deposit is required. Once your booking request has been reviewed, you will receive a secure payment link. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Your deposit will be fully refunded after all rental equipment has been returned on time, clean, and in good condition, less any applicable fees outlined in the rental agreement.

Please confirm the following:

☐ I understand that a $50 refundable reservation deposit is required to confirm my reservation.

☐ I understand that cancellations made more than 48 hours before my scheduled delivery qualify for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

☐ I authorize Cascade Tote Rentals to securely retain my payment method on file and charge it only for unreturned equipment, excessive damage, cleaning fees, late fees, or other charges permitted under the Rental Agreement and Terms of Service.
