EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Executive Director to support high-level operations, communications, and coordination. This role is essential to maintaining organizational efficiency and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage communications and scheduling
Track filings, partnerships, and endorsements
Support internal coordination across teams
Assist with administrative and strategic tasks

Duration

Ongoing (minimum 4–6 month commitment preferred)

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
High level of professionalism
