Webinar - The future of bio-based innovation: Unlocking value from agricultural biomass

Rural BioReFarmeries and ManuREfinery — two Horizon Europe initiatives funded by the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) — are developing small-scale, decentralised biorefinery models that transform agricultural sidestreams into valuable bio-based products.

While Rural BioReFarmeries focuses on grass and green biomass, and ManuREfinery on livestock manure, both projects share a common vision: putting farmers at the centre of a circular bioeconomy that empowers rural communities and delivers positive environmental and socioeconomic impacts. How? By smartly using existing natural resources.

Join us for this joint webinar to discover what these projects are working towards, explore potential market opportunities unlocked by agricultural sides-treams valorisation, and connect with a growing community of researchers, farmers and industry innovators working at the forefront of Europe's circular bioeconomy.

WHEN?
Tuesday 23rd of June. It starts at 11:30 CET and has a run time of approximately 1hr.
HOW?
The webinar is 100% free, hosted online by partners from Rural BioReFarmeries and ManuREfinery. Please note that video and audio will be recorded. You will receive a link via email to connect on the day.
